Ingredients for 12 servings:
500 ml of cream
250 ml of milk
125 g of sugar
¬Ĺ vanilla bean, scraped out
200 ml of ECKES Edler Eierlik√∂r
125 ml of dark rum
Separate the eggs. Mix and stir the yolks with the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla until the sugar has dissolved. Whisk the egg-white stiff and fold it in the yolk mixture while also folding in the alcohol. Let infuse in the fridge for a few hours. Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on top.
